COMMUNITY MEETINGS: MARCH 17 (WABASH) & 18 (NEW GOSHEN)

Landowners and community members are invited to attend upcoming meetings hosted by the Indiana Action Team, Wabash County Environmental Protection Alliance, and Concerned Citizens Against Wabash Valley Resources, where attorney Derrick Braaten will speak on landowner rights, and what you can do to protect your land and legacy.

Derrick is joining us fresh off of his win in a North Dakota federal court representing landowners facing carbon sequestration projects. The Court agreed with Derrick's arguments and invalidated Summit Carbon's permit in North Dakota as unconstitutional.
